INPEX Australia invites applications for an Operations Representative to act as the operational voice of the offshore asset within the Operations Support Centre (OSC). The role ensures visibility, focus and resources to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations, working across Operations, Engineering and Technical Support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore operations, LNG, gas processing, production operations, maintenance or operations support in complex process industries.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to communicate operational risks, priorities and issues clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Represent the operational needs and priorities of the offshore asset within the OSC.
• Provide operational insight and situational awareness to support decision-making and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships across Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure priorities are understood and progressed.
• Communicate operational risks, constraints and emerging issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Support production optimisation, operational performance and reliability outcomes.
• Drive effective communication, coordination and issue management across multiple teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational support and business performance.
