Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Stock Agent to join our high-performing team in Blackall, Queensland. You will represent Elders at the Blackall Saleyards, drive sales, and build strong relationships with producers across the region.

This role rewards initiative, customer focus, and the ability to work independently within a team. Knowledge of regional cattle markets is preferred and you will provide trusted advice to help producers achieve the best outcomes.

Formación

• A genuine passion for the livestock industry and rural communities.
• Strong sales drive and a hunger for success.
• Willingness to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of regional cattle markets (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Represent Elders at Blackall Saleyards and other regional sales events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing livestock clients.
• Provide trusted advice to producers to help them achieve the best outcomes for their business.
• Identify growth opportunities and work proactively to build business in your territory.
• Be a visible presence in the community and a trusted partner to producers.
