Job summary

Bar H Grazing seeks a Livestock Innovation Manager for a full-time role at River Lea, Comet, Central Queensland. You will drive continuous improvement in livestock operations, implement innovative practices, and align herd management with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

You will work with the Managing Director and team to trial, implement and evaluate new ideas, balancing innovation with commercially sound decisions and strong animal welfare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have practical livestock knowledge and curiosity about new methods.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Enjoys working with data and turning it into actionable insights.
• Ability to identify problems, investigate, and develop practical solutions.

• Pasture management and utilisation to optimise grazing performance.
• Lead the adoption of livestock technology across operations.
