Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking an experienced Livestock Production Advisor to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role blends technical livestock expertise with commercial acumen to help producers improve on-farm productivity and profitability, while supporting branches to achieve sales, earnings and operational targets.

You will build strong client relationships, deliver tailored livestock advice, mentor team members and graduates, and contribute to Elders'

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in agriculture, livestock production advice or sales.
• Proven sales track record with growth opportunities.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Q fever vaccination or proof of immunity highly desirable.
• Current driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with producers.
• Drive sales growth through account management and tailored solutions.
• Develop client management plans to grow market share.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on opportunities.
• Promote full range of products and cross-sell across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.
• Mentor teammates and participate in industry activities.
