Future Supports is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients in Shepparton and surrounds. A Certificate III in Aged Care is required, along with checks and a valid driver’s license.

Availability of at least 3 days per week is preferred. Applicants should be willing to travel to clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• Current National Police Check.
• NDIS Screening check / Working with Children’s Check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Influenza vaccination (required annually).
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
• Reliable car with insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
• Assist with respite care and transport to appointments or activities.
• Travel to client’s homes and support clients in their daily living tasks.

What we are looking for:

Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers

Summary:

We are looking for compassionate people with qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in providing in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients.

We also welcome Support Workers to apply with a minimum level of experience to assist with domestic duties. Willingness to travel to client’s home. Availability – minimum 3 days per week

Requirements:

• Current National Police Check
