Job summary

Elders Limited is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Livestock Agents to join our teams across Mortlake, Camperdown, Warrnambool and the broader Southwestern Victoria region. You’ll work in the field, in yards and on-farm, building trusted relationships with producers and buyers while delivering practical marketing advice and support.

You’ll be backed by Elders’ brand and network, with autonomy and local support to grow your career in regional agriculture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a livestock agent or in related livestock sales.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Livestock Auctioneer Licence and Assessor Accreditation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to build trusted relationships with producers and buyers.
• Willing to engage in training offered by Elders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing and new livestock clients.
• Identify livestock marketing opportunities across the region.
• Provide practical, trusted advisory services to producers.
• Work with buyers, processors and industry stakeholders.
• Support livestock sales, auctions and on-property transactions.
• Contribute to local industry and community events.
