Job summary

Private Household in Kingscliff, NSW, seeks an exceptionally organized Live-In Operations Manager to run day-to-day family life. You will establish routines, coordinate a cleaner and trades, manage groceries, wardrobe systems and meal planning on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a private cabin on an 8-acre property.

You should bring strong organisational skills, a proven ability to manage routines and independent decision-making. NSW WWCC and police checks are expected; driver’s licence required.

Qualifications

• Must be exceptionally organised with the ability to establish routines.
• Experience in household operations or executive support preferred.
• Driver's licence required; NSW WWCC and National Police Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining practical household routines
• Bringing order to wardrobes, cupboards, pantry, storage and other areas
• Laundry, linen, clothing and keeping school/sports gear organised
• Meal planning, grocery shopping and preparing healthy family meals
• Keeping the fridge, freezer, pantry and household supplies organised
• Coordinating the cleaner, setting priorities and ensuring cleaning standards
• Keeping day-to-day clutter and household organisation under control
• Creating systems that make it easier for the family to stay organised
• Coordinating trades, servicing, repairs and property maintenance
• Tracking upcoming household and property requirements and acting on them
• Managing household appointments, errands and deliveries
• Helping coordinate family schedules and routines
• Assistance with morning and afternoon family logistics when required
