Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional kitchens.
• At least 5 years' experience as a chef.
• Sous Chef candidates need a minimum of 6 months in the role.
• Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience is highly regarded.
• A background in hatted or award-winning restaurants is also highly regarded.
• A strong focus on consistency and detail, and pride in high-quality food.
• The ability to run small events and prep independently.
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic and team mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Valid NSW driver's licence.
• Australian working rights are required; visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates.
