Zusammenfassung

KOJO is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the operational and technical logistics backbone of KOJO’s delivery across APAC. You will plan and coordinate equipment, inventory, logistics and processes to support world-class sport presentation, broadcast and live events.

Reporting to the GM of Delivery, you will build scalable systems, manage asset tracking, maintenance and cross-hire, and ensure resources meet deadlines, safety standards and budget expectations

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations, logistics or asset management in broadcast or live events.
• Knowledge of broadcast cameras, vision, audio, replay, and signal transport.
• Experience with asset, inventory or rental management systems.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and cross-hire, freight and budgets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Turn technical briefs into equipment lists, quantities and logistics plans.
• Assist with building and testing production kits before deployment.
• Prepare, pack, label and dispatch equipment to agreed specifications and timelines, then manage returns and turnaround.
• Identify equipment shortfalls and recommend solutions using owned stock or cross-hire.
• Own and develop KOJO’s asset register, maintaining visibility of equipment location, condition and utilisation.
• Schedule servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance, coordinating internal staff and external providers.
• Forecast cross-hire requirements and communicate needs to leadership.
• Coordinate national freight, technical resources and project travel, managing budgets.
• Develop scalable operational systems and standard operating procedures.
• Report on equipment utilisation, project pipeline, capacity and risks.
• Maintain workplace safety, compliance and contingency planning.
• Support onboarding of technical staff and promote KOJO values.
