Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is recruiting a Litigation Lawyer in Sydney for 2 to 6+ years' PQE. The role offers real files early responsibility and court exposure across NSW, Federal Court and NCAT.

You will own a caseload from early on, run matters from instruction to resolution, and advise clients on strategy and risk. Admission to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate is required. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $180,000 plus super, with a lean, high-performing team behind you

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years' PQE in litigation.
• Knowledge of the NSW and Federal courts procedure.
• Admission to practise in Australia with a current practising certificate.

Responsibilities

• Run litigation matters from first instructions through to resolution.
• Manage pleadings, evidence, interlocutory steps and hearings.
• Advise clients on strategy, prospects and risk at each stage of a dispute.
• Take on more responsibility as capability grows.
