Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing as a Lawyer with litigation experience.
• Strong interest in disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborative approach with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex contractual and commercial claims.
• Represent head contractors and subcontractors in infrastructure and construction disputes.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters in disputes.
• Handle shareholder oppression and partnership disputes.
• Defend regulatory investigations and prosecutions (including ASIC).
