Practicepeople in Brisbane is seeking a motivated junior litigation solicitor to join a well-established disputes team. You will work across a broad spectrum of matters, gaining hands-on experience and direct client exposure.

You will support Directors and senior lawyers, taking responsibility for litigation tasks while developing your practice in a supportive, high-performing environment. The role offers mentoring, CPD support and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years post-admission in litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated and collaborative team player.

The Role

• Work across a broad spectrum of general litigation matters, including contract disputes, insolvency, employment, defamation, IP, construction, property and shareholder disputes.
• Support Directors and senior lawyers while taking hands-on responsibility for litigation tasks and maintaining regular client contact.
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary litigation team acting for individuals, SMEs, high-net-worth clients and listed entities.

About You

• You will ideally have 1+ years’ post-admission experience in litigation and a genuine interest in building a long-term disputes practice.
• You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
• You will be proactive, motivated and keen to build your professional profile within a collaborative team environment.
