Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking expressions of interest from Process Operators with wet plant experience to join our team at the Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. This full-time role offers on-site training, career development, and the chance to advance on the tools as a leader.

Roles are full-time with FIFO from Perth and provide industry-leading benefits, training and ongoing progression opportunities within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all plant sections, including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out, tailings disposal.
• Monitor and optimise mineral processing circuits; control grinding and separation equipment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and conduct daily inspections for safety and compliance.
• Complete other tasks within competency as directed by Site Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Site Rules and Regulations.
