Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking Process Operators with wet plant experience to join the Wodgina Lithium Processing Plant. These full-time roles offer on-site training and career growth on the tools and as leaders, with FIFO from Perth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety commitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes.
• Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results.
• Flexible and versatile attitude.
• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable).
• Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.
• 4 years or above in a mineral processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all plant sections, including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out and tailings disposal.
• Monitor mineral processing circuits, controlling grinding and separation equipment, and performing plant maintenance.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and conduct daily inspections for safety and compliance.
• Complete tasks within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
• Ensure compliance with all company and site rules and regulations.
• Participate in hazard identification, assessment and control.
• Provide input for plant and operational improvements.
