Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in mineral processing/mining or heavy industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus required.
• Familiarity with Permit to Work and isolation procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Processing Plant shift operations to meet production targets.
• Maintain safe, disciplined work culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate labour, crew allocations, and training across shifts.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations per site systems.
