Job summary

Talison Lithium operates the Greenbushes Lithium Facility and seeks a Laboratory Technician to join the team on a 7/7 roster. Responsibilities include sample preparation, AAS and XRF testing, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Camp accommodation is available for drive‑in drive‑out arrangements. The role emphasizes accuracy, a collaborative team approach, and contribution to a safe, efficient laboratory environment within a mining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory environments is desirable.
• Certificate III in Laboratory Skills is preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment and within safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shift analysis tasks with accuracy and quality compliance.
• Prepare samples daily including registration, splitting, crushing, pulverising, and sizing per procedures.
• Perform AAS and XRF analyses safely and to required standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe lab environment; follow quality systems and safety requirements.
• Assist Laboratory Management Team with additional duties as needed.
