Baptistcare is seeking a Customer Service Support (CSS) staff member who serves as the first point of contact for our Support at home package customers. The role involves handling day-to-day customer account administration tasks and delivering exceptional service by phone and email.

You will liaise with customers daily to provide admin support for care plans, assist with enquiries, and ensure accurate records. This is a role focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and friendly communication.
