Job summary

MACRO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Liquor Store Manager to take responsibility for an existing store in Perth. The role requires a solid understanding of retail liquor operations and ownership of day-to-day store activities.

Key responsibilities include staff leadership, stock and inventory management, ordering, compliance with liquor licensing requirements, and establishing strong operating standards for the new location. A background in liquor retail and RSA compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years' experience in retail liquor operations management.
• Strong understanding of stock control, merchandising, ordering and retail store operations.
• Previous liquor industry experience, ideally within an independently operated bottle shop.
• Experience managing staff, customer service standards and store performance.
• Current RSA and any WA liquor management or licensing requirements applicable to the position.
• Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a store.
