Job summary

Mackay North SHS in Queensland is seeking a dedicated coordinator to oversee the Link and Launch program. You will build partnerships with agencies, employers and training providers to support Year 12 completers at risk of disengagement into further study, training or employment.

You will maintain connections with education and training providers, industry groups, universities and local government to promote post-school pathways for young people and ensure a smooth transition for participants.

Responsibilities

• Establish an outreach program to engage Year 12 completers not in education or employment, providing tailored career guidance and relevant study and employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with education and training providers, employers, government and community organisations to create meaningful study, training and employment opportunities.
• Maintain partnerships with employers, industry groups, universities and training organisations that promote post school pathways for young people.
