Job summary

TSS Sensitive Freight is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our Erskine Park operations. You will handle loading/unloading, operate counterbalance forklifts and prepare freight for interstate and local transport.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LF licence, have linehaul experience, and excel in safe, accurate handling of high‑value freight with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• A current Australian High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (LF).
• Experience forklift in transport, logistics or linehaul environment.
• Experience loading and unloading interstate linehaul vehicles.
• Good understanding of load placement, weight distribution and safe freight handling.
• Strong attention to detail when checking freight and documentation.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable work history and strong attendance.
• The physical ability to assist with manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading linehaul vehicles.
• Safely operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Staging and preparing freight for interstate and local transport.
• Checking freight against manifests and paperwork.
• Ensuring freight is loaded safely and correctly.
• Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrectly labelled freight.
• Securing and handling sensitive, high-value and specialised items.
• Completing general warehouse duties as required.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Working closely with drivers, allocators and warehouse team members to meet departure schedules.
