Job summary

Eagle Lighting is seeking a multiskilled team member for our manufacturing plant in Melbourne. No experience required as training will be provided; you will work as part of a collaborative team on a 38-hour roster with an immediate start.

The role includes loading components onto conveyors for powder coating, assembling lighting fixtures, and stock picking. Prior manufacturing or hand-tool experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Must be available to commence immediately.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load lighting components onto a conveyor system for powder coating.
• Assemble lighting fixtures (wire components).
• Stock picking and related tasks.
