Job summary

KONE is seeking experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our New Building Solutions team in Sydney. You will manage the installation environment across projects, install elevator equipment to approved methods, and coordinate on-site activities with customers and stakeholders.

With a NSW Electrical Licence and 2+ years in lift projects, you will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while reporting progress to the Installation Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in lift industry across small or large projects.
• Electrical Licence in NSW (or transferable).
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond effectively on site.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and pride in delivering exceptional results.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major projects, we are looking for experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our high-performing New Building Solutions team in Sydney, working across both Volume and Major Projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the installation environment throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in lift industry, across either small or large projects.
• An Electrical Licence in NSW or can be transferred
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond effectively to challenges on site.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and pride in delivering exceptional results.
