Responsibilities

• Be the fun facilitator to engage residents in activities inside and outside the home.
• Be a social butterfly, connecting residents during games, chats, and events.
• Assist with daily living tasks like mealtimes and outings; provide emotional support.
• Act as a resident champion by gathering feedback via surveys and family conferences.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities and document progress.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a tidy, safe environment.
• Lend a hand with plating and serving meals while respecting food safety and resident preferences.

• Catering crewmate: You'll lend a hand with plating and serving meals, adhering to food safety standards and monitoring resident preferences.
