The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Part Time Lifestyle Coordinator in Port Macquarie to develop and coordinate recreation programs for residents. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support emotional and physical wellbeing and maintain independence.
The role is 30 hours across four days (Mon-Thu, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM) until 2 October 2026, located at Bethany Aged Care Centre. Prior aged care experience and First Aid are preferred.

Our Lifestyle Coordinators (LC) are responsible for developing, supporting and coordinating recreation programs for residents working towards emotional and physical maintenance through recreational activities that promote psychological, social and physical wellbeing. They will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team in providing residents with quality care, actively trying to maintain the skill level, independence and mobility of individual residents.
