Estia Health is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to join our aged care homes in New South Wales. You will deliver engaging, fun activities and provide personal care and emotional support to residents to help them feel valued, safe and socially connected.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, and enjoy building genuine relationships to enhance residents’ daily experiences.

Part time position: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm. In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.
