Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic lifeguard for casual shifts at the Kalamunda Water Park in WA. You will manage daily pool operations, ensure safety around water, and deliver excellent customer service to every patron.

The role requires current First Aid, CPR, a Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and compliance with safety standards. Must be 16+ years old, with flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16 or older.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• Working with Children's Check.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate (Duty Managers only).
• Leisure Institute of WA Accreditation (Duty Managers only).
• Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pool operations and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for patrons.
• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication.
• Attend to safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Comply with OHS and public safety requirements in aquatic settings.

This is a great opportunity for qualified lifeguards who value water safety and love working with people.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguard to join the team on a casual basis. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day to day pool operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
