Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced lifeguard to join our team on a casual basis in Australia. You will oversee day-to-day pool operations and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons.

Applicants should be energetic, customer-focused and committed to water safety, with current First Aid, CPR, and a Working with Children Check. Minimum age 16. Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and Pool Operations Certificate (Duty Managers only).
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pool operations and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe area around pools and assist patrons.

The Role

We are currently looking for anexperienced, enthusiastic, reliable and friendlylifeguardto join the team on acasual basis. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day to day pool operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

You will have a passion for safetyaround the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensureour patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

You will have a passion for safety around the water. Min age 16 yrs.

Skills & Attributes:

• An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within an aquatic environment
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Current Pool Operations Certificate (Duty Managers only)
• Leisure Institute of WA Accreditation(Duty Managers only)
• Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
