Belgravia Leisure's Stromlo Leisure Centre is seeking enthusiastic lifeguards to oversee day-to-day pool operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for water safety, excellent communication, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Valid pool lifeguard certification and safety qualifications are highly regarded.
This is a great opportunity for qualified Lifeguards who value water safety and love working with people, to provide leadership and coaching to our team.
We are currently taking expressions of interest for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
You will have a passion for safetyaround the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensureour patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
We are taking expressions of interest at this stage. Holding a VALID Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate is highly regarded and will help your application advance.
You commitment and flexibility to weekend, public holidays and increased hours during our peak operating seasons will be rewarded and recognised.
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
