Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Lifeguard, Casual - Role to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pool users along Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The role involves supervising swimmers, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic facility, with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Casual hours apply, with loading included and superannuation arrangements in place.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and visitors.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting patrons and performing lifeguarding duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, including during operating hours.

Title: Lifeguard, Casual - Role
$42.71 - $49.63 (subject to skills and experience)(inclusive of 25% casual loading) + superannuation.

Our Opportunity

The key focus areas of this role include:

• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and visitors to the facility.
• Provide high quality customer service by answering enquiries and directing patrons as required whilst performing lifeguarding duties...
• Ensure that a consistently high level of cleanliness and hygiene is always maintained throughout the facility. Carry out all necessary cleaning during operational hours as required.
