Job summary

Biosota Organics Pty Ltd in Varsity Lakes, QLD, seeks a senior lifecycle and retention marketer to own email, SMS and WhatsApp programs across Australia and the US. You will manage strategy, build, test, and optimise campaigns end-to-end using Klaviyo, with AI tools to move faster while preserving brand voice.

You will grow engaged databases, lift lifetime value and drive online revenue through targeted and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle, email or retention marketing, preferably in ecommerce.
• Hands-on with Klaviyo or similar CRM/MA platform.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Proven track record of A/B testing and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and optimise EDM campaigns for AU and US audiences.
• Develop promotional, educational, product, seasonal and retention campaigns.
• Build and optimise automated lifecycle flows in Klaviyo across stages.
• Audit flow triggers, filters and timing; close gaps with scalable solutions.
• Develop SMS remarketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Grow WhatsApp marketing and customer communications where appropriate.
• Grow high-quality email, SMS and WhatsApp databases with sign-up experiences.
• Run a structured A/B testing program across campaigns and flows.
• Track and report on revenue, engagement and conversions across markets.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
