Job summary

Bridgit in Sydney is seeking a Product Associate to join the Experience team, helping to shape user journeys from exploration to loan management. You’ll work with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate customer feedback into clear requirements and deliver valuable features.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar role.
• Strong interest in customer experience, UX, and building intuitive digital products.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, natural curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience creating wireframes, process flows, prototypes, or mapping customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Support solution design by creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories that turn high-level concepts into intuitive, scoped, developer-ready features.
• Help design and improve end-to-end customer and broker journeys across Bridgit’s digital experiences.
• Contribute to an iterative delivery approach by breaking down larger work into smaller, self-contained components.
• Work with Product Managers to track ideas, feature requests, and improvements across the roadmap, and scope initiatives into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback and analytics into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Perform testing and QA activities, identify bugs, and coordinate fixes for a polished launch.
