Job summary

Domain is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Coordinator to drive the operational execution of personalised communications across email, push, in‑app messaging, SMS and other owned channels. You’ll work with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to build, test, deploy and monitor customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze and other platforms.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in marketing, campaign operations or CRM roles with exposure to marketing tech is valued.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate execution of campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Good organisational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test and deploy customer journeys and campaigns across marketing platforms (e.g., SFMC, Braze).
  • Translate briefs into audience segments and multichannel experiences across email, push, in-app and other channels.
  • Execute campaign setup, scheduling and deployment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct QA testing including audience validation, personalisation checks and link validation before launch.
  • Monitor performance and delivery, escalate issues when needed.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation with test variations and accurate execution.
  • Manage audience segmentation and eligibility rules to ensure correct communications.
  • Leverage AI and automation features to improve efficiency and scale personalization.
  • Maintain campaigns calendars, SOPs and QA checklists for consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign delivery and meet requirements.
  • Support UAT activities and validate builds against briefs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and escalate technical requirements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, consent and data privacy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and quality.

Job description

As the Lifecycle Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in bringing Domain’s customer campaigns to life. You’ll be responsible for the operational execution of personalised communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS and other owned channels.

Working closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers and Lifecycle Marketing Operations Managers, you will help deliver the day to day execution of lifecycle campaigns within our CRM systems (e.g Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and other marketing automation platforms. This highly operational role focuses on building, testing, deploying and monitoring customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with business requirements.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on campaign execution, audience setup, workflow management and quality assurance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Data) to bring the customer journeys to life. You will leverag e platform automation and AI-powered features to efficiently deliver personalised customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, test and deploy customer journeys, campaigns and automated workflows across marketing automation platforms (e.g SFMC and Braze).
  • Translate campaign briefs from Lifecycle Marketing Managers into accurate audience segments, journey logic and multichannel customer experiences across email, push notifications, in-app messaging and other digital channels.
  • Execute campaign setup, scheduling and deployment activities, ensuring all communications are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, including audience validation, personalisation checks, journey logic testing, content reviews and link validation prior to launch.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, proactively identifying and escalating operational issues where required.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programs by building test variations and ensuring accurate execution of test designs.
  • Manage audience segmentation and campaign eligibility rules to ensure customers receive the right communications at the right time.
  • Leverage native AI and automation features to improve campaign efficiency, streamline processes and support scalable customer engagement.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, workflow documentation, operating procedures and QA checklists to support consistent execution standards.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Managers, Lifecycle Marketing Operation Managers, Creative, Product, Content, Data and other stakeholders to coordinate campaign delivery and ensure requirements are met.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate campaign builds against campaign briefs and business requirements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting campaign, audience and platform issues, escalating technical requirements to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Ensure campaign execution complies with internal governance, consent requirements and data privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance campaign processes, operational efficiency and quality control.
About You
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, sales, campaign operations, CRM, customer engagement or project coordination roles, with exposure to marketing technology platforms being highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately execute campaigns, customer journeys and audience segmentation.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting campaign QA, testing and validation to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, product and analytics teams.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting to validate audience selection, campaign setup and delivery outcomes.
  • Ability to follow established processes while proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered platform features and automation tools to streamline campaign execution.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing concepts and multichannel communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
Preferred
  • CRM automation experience (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar)
  • Understanding of how a CDP (like Tealium) is used for data activation and customer segmentation.
  • Understanding customer data structures and how audience attributes are used for segmentation and personalisation.
  • Understanding of HTML and liquid templating for email personalisation and campaign execution within marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in Real Estate, Tech, Media, Advertising or Software industries
