Job summary

Integrate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser specialising in life risk to manage an established portfolio of clients headed by a dedicated advice pod.

You will deliver structured annual reviews, assess existing cover, provide replacement advice where needed and guide clients through underwriting and claims with clear, compliant documentation. You’ll work with paraplanners to enhance efficiency and maintain a strong compliance standard.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail life risk advice.
• Experience across underwriting and claims.
• Registration on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register or eligibility.
• Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam and Professional Year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured annual client reviews.
• Review existing cover and identify where further advice is required.
• Provide replacement advice where appropriate.
• Support clients through underwriting and claims.
• Document advice and the reasoning behind recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant life risk advice.
