Qualifications

• Experience assessing applications or proposals in regulatory, planning, environmental or resources contexts with evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong understanding of legislation, regulatory processes and compliance obligations; familiarity with native title considerations is desirable.
• Ability to apply risk-based thinking to identify key issues and support defensible decision-making in a regulatory environment.
• Strong written communication skills; experience preparing reports, briefs and correspondence.
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be well regarded.
