Job summary

Dynamite Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking a licensed electrician to work across medium to large residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Sydney metro area. You will deliver high quality electrical installations, maintenance, and service while upholding safety, quality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include installation, testing, fault rectification, documentation, and collaboration with site teams to ensure on-time project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical License or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in high end residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction safety regulations, and OHS compliance.
• Excellent technical skills in installation, service, and maintenance work.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and complete required documentation accurately.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preparation and installation work for electrical cabling on site.
• Install and maintain electrical, backbone, and horizontal cabling systems (internal and external).
• Identify, terminate, and test electrical, voice, and data cabling in copper and optical fibre.
• Perform maintenance, testing, and fault rectification to ensure systems meet required standards.
• Interpret test results and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with Australian and ACA standards.
• Collaborate effectively with Leading Hands, Foremen, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide on the job and off the job training support as requested by supervisors or management.
• Assist with purchasing, equipment checks, and preparation of professional client manuals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities for career progression.
