SEEK Limited in Sydney is seeking reliable Electrical Contractors for ongoing maintenance in Sydney CBD high-rise buildings, plus commercial and industrial installations. Individual contractors or small teams are welcome, with work suitable for those working independently or with crews.

You will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and complete repairs safely with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Licensed electrician with a valid ABN.
• Hold relevant insurance including public liability and workers compensation where applicable.
• Have your own tools and PPE.
• Have your own unbranded vehicle.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, relevant EWP qualifications, police checks and Working With Children Checks where required.
• Well-presented, professional and comfortable dealing with clients.
• Experienced in commercial electrical maintenance and fault-finding.
• Practical and organised with the ability to solve problems and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable using an online platform to receive jobs, record work and provide updates.
• Sound knowledge of electrical safety and compliance requirements, with good judgement about when to seek assistance.

We are seeking reliable, professional Electrical Contractors to support ongoing maintenance in Sydney CBD high-rise buildings, along with commercial and industrial installation projects.

Individual contractors and small teams are welcome. We have regular work suited to electricians working independently, as well as jobs requiring crews of two or more.

We’re looking for practical, capable contractors who take ownership of their jobs, communicate well with clients and complete work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong commercial maintenance experience and the ability to use an online job management platform are important.

Enjoy consistent, well-paid contract work with flexibility around your availability. Plenty of night and weekend work is also available for those who want additional hours. Reliable contractors will have opportunities for long-term, ongoing contracts across maintenance and project work.

Main Responsibilities

1. Commercial Maintenance – Primary Focus

2. Installation and Project Work

Complete lighting upgrades, switchboard installations and electrical fit-outs in commercial and industrial environments.

Undertake small modifications and electrical upgrades as required.

Work independently or alongside other contractors, depending on the job.

Maintain safe, compliant installations and a high standard of workmanship.
