The City of Ballarat is seeking an experienced and community-focused leader to join the Ballarat Library team as Library Team Leader. Working in a collaborative co-leadership model, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development and ensure inclusive, high-quality library services for all ages.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff, customers and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs or services that engage communities and support learning.
• Ability to use data and feedback to support planning and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret organisational policies and procedures in service delivery.
