Job summary

Tablelands Regional Council’s Southern Libraries team is seeking a passionate and supportive individual to join our Libraries department as a part-time permanent Library Officer. This role is based at the Mt Garnet Library and will involve customer service, administrative support, and assisting with library programs for all ages.

The Library Officer will also help manage stock, shelving, rotations between branches, and ordering consumables as required.

Our Southern Librariesteam is looking for apassionate & supportive individual to join our Libraries departmentpart-time permanent Library Officer. This role is based at the Mt Garnet Library.

The Library Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective services by undertaking library and customer service duties, administrative support, and supporting library programs to all ages in the community. The Library Officer will also assist in the management of stock (eg. shelving of library books and
rotations between branches, ordering consumables etc) as required.

• Base salary package from $15,142.40 per annum ($582.40 per fortnight)
• Locality allowances (if eligible)
• Attractive work/life balance - 16 hours per fortnight
• Set roster - Tuesday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Annual leave accrual with 17.5% leave loading
