Job summary

Horner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operators | LF & LO Forklift Operators to join a world class logistics facility in Moorebank. This is a full-time role with an attractive hourly rate of AUD 38–40 and potential overtime.

You will operate LF and LO forklifts, load/unload stock, pick/pack and use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System to support stock movements and accuracy. Applicants must have at least 1 year forklift experience and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (SAP/Pronto/Oracle).
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Proficient with computers and warehouse tech.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Available for casual assignment with full-time hours.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of stock throughout the facility.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operating LF and LO forklifts
• Loading and unloading stock
• Picking, packing and put away activities
• RF scanning and inventory movements
• Using warehouse management systems
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily operational targets

About You

We're looking for reliable and motivated warehouse professionals who are ready to build a long term career.

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 1 year's forklift experience
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similar
• Experience with RF scanners
• Confidence using computers and warehouse technology
• Ability to safely undertake manual handling up to 20kg
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A strong commitment to safety and reliability
• Full working rights in Australia
• Availability to commit to a casual assignment with full time hours
