Yorke and Northern Local Health Network in Booleroo Centre District Hospital & Health Services is seeking a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to support residents’ quality of life through planned activities and programs.
You will develop social, recreational and individual activities for residents with varying abilities, while providing social inclusion, stimulation, and emotional support within a holistic care team.

As a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll plan, coordinate and evaluate a range of activities that support the quality of life and wellbeing of residents at Booleroo Centre District Hospital & Health Services.
You’ll develop social, recreational and individual activities suited to residents with varying cognitive and physical abilities, while providing opportunities for social inclusion, stimulation and emotional support. Working as part of a holistic care team, you’ll also contribute to care planning and continuous improvement in line with residents’ goals.
You’ll bring experience working with older, frail or disabled people and a genuine interest in supporting meaningful connections and participation. You’ll be organised, adaptable and confident working with initiative and under indirect supervision.
You’ll also have:
A Certificate IV qualification relevant to the role, or a willingness to work towards one, is desirable but not essential.
