Job summary

Belgravia Leisure seeks an up-and-coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the teams at Loftus Recreation Centre in Leederville, WA. This full-time role focuses on centre-wide results, customer experience, safety compliance and driving participation across programs.

You will need current First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to undergo a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure or service sectors.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of WHS and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage centre operations in absence of Centre Manager.
• Drive attendance and program participation.
