Qualifications

• Typing speed of 75 wpm or more.
• Excellent English vocabulary and grammar.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use production tools.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.
• Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail in all transcripts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months basic office administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality transcripts within deadlines.
• Proofread transcripts before submission.
• Use supporting information to ensure accuracy.
• Keep glossaries up to date.
• Cross-train on jurisdictions as directed.
• Familiar with playback platforms and production tools.
• Maintain productivity as directed by the business.
• Communicate with transcribers and Transcript Manager regularly.
• Act on QA feedback to improve quality and productivity.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and reviews.
