u&u Recruitment Partners is currently sourcing for a variety of legal support roles across boutique to global law firms in Sydney. Opportunities include temporary, fixed-term contracts and permanent positions with hybrid arrangements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of legal support experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with Partners and solicitors. Competitive packages from $80,000 to $130,000 DOE are on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of legal support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
• Confident communicator with a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence.
• File management including opening/closing, archiving, and e-filing.
• Court filing (physical and electronic).
• Diary and travel management.
• Assisting with billing, timesheets, and expense processing.
• Preparing briefs, bundles, and discovery materials.
