You will work with major Australian practice platforms to keep trust accounts accurate and compliant. Responsibilities include reconciling trust accounts, resolving discrepancies, handling payroll and BAS, and coordinating with clients on accounting matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' bookkeeping experience.
• Experience reconciling Statutory Trust Accounts in Australian practice management systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve trust account discrepancies.
• Experience troubleshooting software integration between legal PM software and accounting systems.
• Experience processing payroll and superannuation with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Statutory Trust Accounts using legal practice management software.
• Investigate and resolve trust account discrepancies.
• Investigate software integration issues between practice management platforms and accounting systems and resolve data sync errors.
• Reconcile office bank accounts and credit cards.
• Manage payroll and superannuation.
• Prepare BAS.
• Handle ad hoc accounting duties as they arise.
