Hall & Wilcox in Sydney is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Property & Projects team. This varied, hands-on role supports lawyers across litigation and transactional property matters, helping with practice management, client service, matter coordination and day-to-day operations.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate workflows, assist with billing and file management, draft correspondence, and help with settlements and court-related processes.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Property & Projects team in Sydney. This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting lawyers across both litigation and transactional property matters.
Working closely with the team, you will play a key role in practice management, client service, matter coordination and day-to-day operations, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and deadlines are met. The role offers genuine variety and exposure to a broad range of work, including litigation, conveyancing, settlements, document management and client engagement.
This role would suit a motivated and adaptable individual who enjoys being at the centre of a busy legal practice, takes pride in delivering exceptional support and is looking for an opportunity to broaden their experience across both litigation and transactional property matters. This role requires you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
