Job summary

Haast Pty in Sydney is seeking an AI Implementation Strategist to shape how AI is deployed inside global enterprises. You will lead end-to-end implementations, deconstruct legal workflows, and translate complex documents into actionable AI logic.

You’ll work with senior legal and compliance stakeholders, build scalable playbooks, and feed insights back to product and engineering to drive Haast's roadmap. This is a Sydney-based hybrid role with remote-first options for applicants aligned to

Qualifications

• Background in law, compliance, or regulatory advisory is advantageous.
• Experience implementing SaaS or AI products; not just using them.
• Ability to communicate with senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one.

About Haast

Why This Role Exists
Compliance is a $50B global problem, and we are rewriting how it's solved.

When Haast lands inside a Tier-1 enterprise, someone needs to understand their legal workflows well enough to deconstruct them, identify the real friction, and architect the AI strategy that fixes it. That person needs to speak the language of General Counsels and CMOs, and know from experience where the bottlenecks exist.

What You'll Own

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding through to full rollout
• Work with enterprise legal and compliance teams to deconstruct their workflows and identify where AI can do the heavy lifting
• Translate complex, real-world legal documents into structured logic our AI can act on
• Help legal, compliance, and marketing users understand, trust, and master the platform
• Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers and find clear paths through them
• Feed live customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape Haast's roadmap
• Build repeatable playbooks as we scale our global footprint

What We're Looking For

• A Background in law, compliance, or regulatory advisory (in-house, private practice, or consulting) is highly advantageous
• Alternatively, a strong project management or policy background
• Direct experience implementing SaaS or AI products, not just using them
• Able to command credibility with senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one
• A systems-fixer, not a systems-follower
• Thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not just execute
• Genuinely curious about AI; already experimenting with tools and thinking through their application to legal work
