Job summary

Csdemo is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our development team in Australia. The role focuses on building scalable data platforms and hands-on platform development across the SDLC, with emphasis on delivering robust software solutions.

You will work with Java, Ruby on Rails, or C++, apply SQL and ORM techniques, and contribute to documentation, testing, and best practices. The position offers growth opportunities in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Proficiency in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience building web apps with frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
• Experience with test-driven development and tooling.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.

Skill sets we require:

• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages

• Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

Experience & Pedigree:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
