Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking an experienced Campus Principal to lead the Leeton Campus and drive a culture of high learning outcomes for Years 3–12. You will oversee day-to-day management, staff development and curriculum delivery across a small but impactful campus.

You will partner with campus directors to manage budgets, uphold the school ethos, and foster a safe, engaging environment where students are self-directed and staff collaborate to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Previous school leadership experience in primary/secondary or equivalent.
• Experience in curriculum development or teaching and learning leadership.
• Ability to manage campus budgets and lead professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Campus.
• Support and respect the School's Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles.
• Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum is delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12.
• In association with the Campus Directors, plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets.
• Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school.
• Small Teaching load as required.
