Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking an experienced Campus Principal to lead the Leeton Campus, guiding a small learning community of students and staff. The role focuses on day-to-day campus management, professional leadership, and ensuring curriculum delivery in line with the Australian Curriculum for Years 3–12.

You will partner with Campus Directors to plan and manage budgets while prioritising student achievement, wellbeing and a positive campus culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in school leadership at primary and/or secondary levels.
• Ability to plan and manage campus budgets with Directors.
• Delivery of curriculum aligned to Australian Curriculum for Years 3–12.
• Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing within a learning community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Campus.
• Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring curriculum delivery aligning with Australian Curriculum for Years 3–12.
• Plan the school budget with Campus Directors and monitor budgets.
• Focus on enhancing student achievement and engagement across the campus.
• Maintain a small teaching load when required.
