• Undertake course management, co-ordination and administration tasks in areas of student recruitment, student progress, examinations, QA records management etc.
• Provide pastoral care and support to students.
• Participation in designated committee activities as required.

Candidates should be able to teach face-to-face and online MBA students, teach to camera, teach online and support multiple cohorts of students at multiple locations. Candidates should be able to teach across at least two of the following:

Person Specifications:

• PhD in Business or DBS or related discipline, preceded by a degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Higher Education postgraduate teaching experience in Australia or Professional experience in the relevant field for minimum 3 years.
• Strong courseware development skills are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially with online and blended students.
• Course administration and coordination experience is essential.
• Strong I.T. skills (especially the MS Office suite of applications)
• Australian FULL work rights are essential.

Desirable

• Good knowledge of academic-related administration in a university setup is advantageous.
• Professional or hands-on industry experience is advantageous.
